Why do you charge for packages?
We don't just book a travel itinerary for you. We provide you with our expertise in building packages, complex itineraries and unrivaled service. We take the time to conduct the research needed to present you with the best package. We don't just send you an email with a quote - we present you with a formal proposal customized especially for you. In order to provide you with the type of service you deserve, we want to spend our time on travelers that are serious about getting the best service and package available. Your package price may be applied to the cost of your vacation.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line database. Your credit card information is not transmitted over the Internet again.

I can find my package cheaper on the internet. Do you Price Match?
We are not an internet travel site, we are a full service travel service provider that works with experienced and reputable Tour Operators to bring you the best packages available for your destination. Because of this distinct difference between us and an internet site, we do not match the price you get on the internet. We do, however, price match with Tour Operators if the itinerary is the same.

Can I cancel my trip once I have paid for it?
Yes you can if you have purchased travel insurance. Travel insurance is optional but can save you money if you have to cancel. There are several types of travel insurance available and we will discuss the one most suitable for your situation.
